Hi, I'm HOSHI HANA...
an artist and designer, who
from a small studio in Los Angeles, California
designs artwork to promote peace love, and friendship.
Repurposing, the use of non-toxic materials wherever possible,
and collaboration with fellow artists and community are
important values to my practice.
Combining digital imaging, photography and a variety of art materials,
my images are created blending multi-cultural influences with Japanese roots.
Inspirations include arts and crafts, Surrealism,
Psychedelia, yoga, Buddhism, surfing,
snowboarding, music, good food, good people
and the wisdom of Mother Nature.
“Hoshi” means “Star,” and “Hana” means “Flower,” in Japanese.
Let peace, love and friendship, travel like a star
and flower in our world.
